Barcelona sees guest artists from everywhere, and it shows: people compare a lot of portfolios before choosing and turn up with a proper reference folder. That helps me, because the clearer the starting point, the faster a design gets closed over messages before the trip. Tell me what you want tattooed, where and at what size, and I'll tell you whether it fits the days I'm there.
There is no trip to Barcelona on the calendar yet, and I would rather say that plainly. Write anyway with your idea: I will let you know when there are dates, and slots that open go up on my Instagram stories too.

The email goes out with "Barcelona" already in the subject; if you write on Instagram, put it in the first line. And if some days are impossible for you, say so in the same message.
